PROCEDURE FOR
ONE DAY GARAGE EPOXY
DAY ONE
1.
All concrete is etched with muratic acid which will remove dirt and
grime. Also opening the pours of the concrete for proper bond.
2.
All concrete is treated with ammonia; this neutralizes any acid left
behind.
3.
WE DO NOT move anything.
WE DO NOT fill any cracks or chips.
WE DO NOT caulk anything.
WE DO NOT do any concrete repairs.
4.
First coat of epoxy is applied adding non skid aggregate.
5.
After first coat is dried we apply second coat of epoxy.
6.
Only use coating inside garage, coating has NO UV absorbers.
7.
Walk on 24 hours after completion.
8.
Vehicles and golf carts can be driven on surface five days after
completion.
If we need to make a
returnable trip to move items back on the coated surface there will be a
minimum charge of $75.00.
