PROCEDURE FOR VINYL CHIPS (FULL)
DAY ONE
1.
Rocks and grass are edged away from concrete so that we can coat low on
all sides of concrete.
2.
Any and all oil stains are treated with zylene; this chemical absorbs
oil and grease.
3.
All concrete is etched with muratic acid; this removes dirt and grime
4.
All concrete is treated with ammonia; this neutralizes any acid left
behind.
5.
Any cracks or chips in the concrete are filled but not
guaranteed.
6.
Apply one coat of Epoxy Primer to concrete surface; this is left to fry
overnight.
DAY
TWO
1.
Apply custom colored polyurethane.
2.Disburse
multi colored chips.
3.
Later in day, scrape and clean up all extra chips
4.
Apply one coat clear polyurethane UV.
DAY
THREE
1.
Apply second coat of clear polyurethane UV.
