PROCEDURE FOR
EPOXY POLYURETHANE
DAY ONE
1.
Rocks and grass are edged away from concrete so that we can coat low on
all sides of concrete.
2.
Any and all oil stains are treated with zylene; this chemical absorbs
oil and grease.
3.
All concrete is etched with muratic acid; this removes dirt and grime
4.
All concrete is treated with ammonia; this neutralizes any acid left
behind.
5.
Any cracks or chips in the concrete are filled but not
guaranteed.
6.
Apply one coat of Epoxy Primer to concrete surface; this is left to dry
overnight.
DAY
TWO
1.
Apply any 24 colors of polyurethane 100 UV.
2.
Aggregate is added for no slipping.
3.
Surface can be washed on (light traffic) twenty-four hours after
completion.
4.
Vehicles (including golf carts) can e driven on surface five days after
completion.
