Desert Rose warns any customer, it is very important that you hire a licensed, bonded and insured contractor. The registrar of contractors are for your protection against bad contractors. Registrar of contractors can order licensed contractors to correct defective work, but there is no similar recourse against unlicensed contractors who fall outside the jurisdiction of the registrar. Desert Rose is licensed, bonded, insured and listed with HOA, PORA and SCHOA.
