PROCEDURE FOR SIMULATED
FLAGSTONE
DAY ONE
1.
Rocks and grass are edged away from concrete so that we can coat low on
all sides of concrete.
2.
Any and all oil stains are treated with zylene; this chemical absorbs
oil and grease.
3.
All concrete is etched with muratic acid; this removes dirt and grime.
4.
All concrete is treated with ammonia; this neutralizes any acid left
behind.
5.
Fill cracks and control joints on concrete at no charge (not
guaranteed).
6.
Trowel skim coat of Crete as primer.
7.
Trowel texture and cut with special tool to make flagstone look and
clean up.
8.
Sponge choice of color (s) and white wash for shading.
9.
Hand grout line with polyurethane color of choice.
10. Clear with polyurethane UV. |
