PROCEDURE FOR SIMULATED COOL
DECK
DAY ONE
1.
Rocks and grass are edged away from concrete so that we can coat low on
all sides of concrete.
2.
Any and all oil stains are treated with zylene; this chemical absorbs
oil and grease.
3.
All concrete is etched with muratic acid; this removes dirt and grime
4.
All concrete is treated with ammonia; this neutralizes any acid left
behind.
5.
Fill cracks and control joints on concrete at no charge (not
guaranteed).
6.
Trim and roll acrylic additive primer.
7.
Acrylic Desert Crete with a polymer is sprayed from a hopper to get
texture.
DAY
TWO
1.
Clean up to smooth surface with buffer.
2.
Apply custom color.
3. Seal with clear polyurethane UV. |
